Spatial-temporal spread of diseases throughout Peru.



Peru provides an interesting landscape to observe the spread of diseases because the country has
three distinct regions: Costa (coast), Sierra (mountain), and Selva (jungle).  There are 195 provinces in Peru,
grouped into 25 regions. 


   


The following movies show how disease spread throughout Peru.  The resolution is at the level of province.
