Area of research: Mathematical biology modeling and mathematical analysis of nonlinear systems of interest in biology, including stoichiometric ecology, spatial ecology, and epidemiology. Connections between dynamical systems and biology theory. Random, inhomogeneous, and dynamic graphs.
