A medical doctor who specializes in preventing, diagnosing and treating mental illness.
(can prescribe medication, might provide some talk therapy but many do not)

or- from their doctor (in Health Services)
or- find someone who takes Aetna and ask the referral office (patient portal) for a referral for them
