What we found out and did in our Introductory Meeting?

  1. Get a better insight of Faculty Roles in different types of universities, colleges and special programs.
  2. Have the opportunity to visit and work at some of these places.
  3. Learn how to write our Vita, grants and proposals.
  4. Strategies to search for a job and deal with interviews.
  5. Get some hints on how to merge technology and learning.
  6. Learn how to apply for Summer Research Programs.
  7. And also found out that there are funds we can use to participate and / or attend Conferences of our interests.

For now we have three main responsibilities:

  1. Run this website.

  1. Organize the Graduate Student Research Talk Seminar.
