Rachel is researching what it is like to teach at a for-profit faith based institution, working with Jacob on the graduate Journal and helped coordinate graduate meetings.
Karen's Projects
Karen
maintained this website, worked at NSAA middle school creating activities for
teaching 7th & 8th graders math (including Algebra I
and Algebra II) and worked with Connie Corothers from
SCC on a project in trigonometry education. Currently attempting
to contact Carlos from the SUMS institute, with no luck yet.
Jacob's Projects
Jacob
is attempting to start an electronic graduate mathematics Journal (http://mathpost.asu.edu/~sjgm/),
helping to run the graduate seminar, hoping to do something for MTBI this
summer, overseeing the implementation of a graduate student mentoring program
and planning to help SCC match their Finite Math course with ASU’s.
